60 years of the IKEA catalogue

IKEA is present in our homes since its foundation in 1943. It is mostly present in Europe, Asia, North America and Australia. Despite its Swedish roots, the whole organization of IKEA is in the hands of a net of mostly non-profit Dutch foundation-group called INGKA. But some parts of it are in the hands of profit oriented INGKA Holdings. This way they try to get away with taxes and they have been severly criticized becuase of that. We did some barbequing at the lake Hjälmaren. The weather was perfect! We took off by bike from the university's Kraka fountain and had a very nice evening at the lake. Some more pics here.
